Traumatic care of injuries has changed and improved significantly over the last few years. Despite this, post-operative complications in the traumatized patients continue to occur. Discussions and forums focused on progressing knowledge of the traumatized patient and post-traumatic sequelae continue to provide insight in recent advances and understanding of these injuries. This forum is unique in which orthopedic trauma surgeons who have trained at NYU will come from different centers across the country to give their experience in treating and managing orthopedic trauma patients.
