Helps to distract the femur away from the proximal tibia

Designed to distract the distal femur away from the proximal tibia during total knee surgery. It is inserted into a predrilled hole in the distal femur. The bent handle allows the femur to be distracted away from the tibia. The intramedullary rod portion is fluted.
