Bone graft delivery to the intervertebral space is a consistent source of frustration. Today's end-dispensing tools often jam, depositing graft material solely at the end of the tool, which blocks cage insertion and results in underfilling the entire prepared disk space.
The KG 1 solves these problems by enabling the application of bone graft smoothly and efficiently into the disk space. Via its unique dual exit portals, the KG 1 applies the graft to the entire prepared disk space while leaving a natural void for fusion cage application. The time required to fill the prepared disk space is reduced, and without repeated insertion of the KG 1.
